This program focuses on threshold awareness and emotional safety before exposure. What Happens During This Program: We assess trigger patterns, escalation sequences and recovery time. You’ll receive: • Threshold and trigger mapping • Nervous system stabilisation plan • Controlled exposure framework • Confidence-building exercises • Written behaviour protocol • Follow-up sessions for progressive refinement This program prioritises regulation before intensity.
